Ever since I was physically active as a child, I have always failed miserably are push-ups. Even back in my full-on triathlon days. I used to lift a lot of weight, do a lot of cardio such as swimming and cycling up-to 5 times a week each. Even with this hectic schedule of fitness, I sucked when it came to doing basic pushups.
I have endeavoured to do the 100pushups program…and dammit I am motivated!
So judging by the effort and time-scale of 6 weeks, at 3 days per week, I should be able to do 100 push-ups, beginning today, by 04 May 2011.
I printed out the pocket version and I will keep this post updated as I progress….it should be fun…really looking forward to this actually.
